CANCELLATION POLICY
At least 24 hours of notice prior to your appointment is required for all rescheduling requests. Payments are made at time appointment is booked via a non-refundable deposit. That deposit is then applied to the invoice generated for your appointment. If you cannot make your appointment, you can reschedule. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED! You will be given two opportunities to reschedule in a six month period. After three cancellations within a six month period you will not be allowed to reschedule and you will lose your payment. After three cancellations within a six month period, you will be bumped to the bottom of the waiting list or referred to a different hypnotherapist. At that time you will have to book and pay for a new appointment.
If you cancel an appointment (without rescheduling under the aforementioned terms) or fail to show up for an appointment, you will lose your deposit, and you will have to book and pay for a new appointment if you wish to book again in the future.
